First time

In the seven years of Emperor Guanghe of the Han Dynasty (184 A.D.), due to the corruption of the imperial court, the constant wars, and the severe drought in the whole country, the tax was not reduced because the grain was not collected. The people were hungry and displaced, and tens of thousands of people starved to death in the streets. General Zhang Bao raised his voice for saving the world and helping the people, and all the people with lofty ideals in the world rushed to respond.

汉灵帝光和七年（公元184年），因朝廷腐败、战事不断，又逢全国大旱，颗粒不收而赋税不减，百姓饥肠辘辘，流离失所，数以万计的人民饿死街头。地公将军【张宝】为救世济民登高一呼，天下有志之士皆奔走响应。
